Refund Policy

We back every paid Thinkr subscription with a 14-day money-back guarantee — request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions asked.

Last updated: 3 June 2026

Overview

This Refund Policy (also referred to as the "Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana") explains when and how you can get a refund for a paid subscription to Thinkr (the "Service"), an AI workspace for product managers and product teams. Thinkr is operated by Thinkr, based in the Republic of Indonesia ("Thinkr," "we," "us," or "our").

We want you to feel confident trying Thinkr. That is why every paid subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Thinkr is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge for a billing term and we will refund it — no questions asked.

This Refund Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service. If anything below is unclear, contact us at support@usethinkr.com before purchasing — we are happy to help.

Who processes your payment (Merchant of Record)

Before getting into the details, it is important to understand who you are paying.

All paid purchases of Thinkr are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as our Merchant of Record (MoR). This means:

  • Lemon Squeezy is the seller/reseller of record for your subscription. Your purchase transaction and payment contract are with Lemon Squeezy, not directly with Thinkr.
  • Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, and the collection and remittance of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST.
  • Thinkr provides the software service itself — the AI workspace, your account, and your data.

Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method. You can start a refund request directly with us (see How to request a refund below) and we will coordinate the refund through Lemon Squeezy, or you may contact Lemon Squeezy directly. The refund terms in this policy — including the 14-day guarantee — are honored by Thinkr regardless of which route you choose.

Lemon Squeezy may apply its own buyer-protection terms in addition to this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have directly under Lemon Squeezy's terms.

The 14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a paid Thinkr subscription (Pro, Plus, or Max) and decide it is not for you, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase — that is, within 14 days of the first charge of your billing term. This is a no-questions-asked guarantee: you do not need to explain why.

What "initial purchase" means. The 14-day window runs from the date of your first successful payment for a subscription term. For example:

  • If you start a monthly Pro plan and your first charge is on the 1st, you can request a full refund through the 15th.
  • If you start an annual Plus plan, the same 14-day window applies from the date of that first annual charge.

What you get. A successful guarantee request results in a full refund of the amount you paid for that initial term, returned to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

What happens to your access. When a refund is issued, your paid subscription ends and your account is downgraded to the Free tier (or your access to paid features is removed). You may keep using Thinkr on the Free tier subject to its limits.

The 14-day guarantee applies to the initial purchase of a subscription term. It is intended to let you try Thinkr risk-free, not to provide a recurring refund on every renewal — see Renewals below for how subsequent charges are handled.

After the 14 days: cancel anytime, no further charges

After the 14-day window for a given term has passed, payments for that term are non-refundable. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing term once the guarantee window has closed, except where required by applicable law.

That said, you are never locked in. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. When you cancel:

  • No further charges will be made to your payment method.
  • Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. For example, if you cancel a monthly plan on the 20th but your term runs to the 30th, you keep paid access through the 30th.
  • At the end of the paid period, your account moves to the Free tier automatically.

In short: the 14-day guarantee covers "this wasn't right for me, give me my money back." Cancellation covers "I don't want to keep paying going forward" — you stop renewals and use what you've already paid for.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings, or by emailing us at support@usethinkr.com.

Renewals, and how monthly vs. annual are treated

Paid Thinkr subscriptions are recurring subscriptions that auto-renew — monthly or annual, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel. Each renewal is a new charge for a new term.

Renewal charges are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. The money-back guarantee applies to your initial purchase of a subscription, not to automatic renewals. To avoid being charged for a renewal you do not want, cancel before your renewal date. As long as you cancel before renewal, you will not be charged for the next term.

Monthly plans. If a monthly plan renews and you no longer want it, cancel to stop future renewals. The current month is non-refundable once the initial 14-day guarantee window has passed, but you will not be charged again and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Annual plans. Annual plans are billed for a full year up front and renew annually. The 14-day guarantee still applies to your first annual charge (your initial purchase). After that window, the annual term is non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next year's renewal and keep access until the end of the current annual term.

Reminders. We aim to make renewal dates visible in your account, and Lemon Squeezy may send billing notifications and receipts. We encourage you to keep your contact and payment details up to date.

Upgrades and downgrades. If you change plans mid-term (for example, Pro to Plus), billing for the change is handled through Lemon Squeezy and any proration is governed by the checkout terms shown to you at the time of the change. A mid-term plan change does not restart or extend the 14-day guarantee window from your original initial purchase.

Free tier

The Free tier of Thinkr involves no charges, so there is nothing to refund. This Refund Policy applies only to paid subscriptions (Pro, Plus, and Max).

If you are on the Free tier, you can stop using Thinkr at any time. You can also delete your account; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data when you do.

How to request a refund

To request a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee (or to ask about a refund in any other situation), please email us at support@usethinkr.com with the following details so we can locate your purchase quickly:

  • The email address associated with your Thinkr account.
  • Your order or receipt number from Lemon Squeezy (it appears on the receipt emailed to you at purchase), if available.
  • The plan you purchased (Pro, Plus, or Max) and whether it is monthly or annual.
  • The approximate date of your purchase.

We will confirm your request and, where it qualifies, process the refund through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. You do not need to provide a reason for a 14-day guarantee request.

Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, you may also initiate a refund request directly through Lemon Squeezy using the receipt or order details Lemon Squeezy provided. Either way, the 14-day guarantee described in this policy will be honored.

Refund method and timing

Method. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method used for the purchase (for example, the card or payment service you paid with). We are unable to send refunds to a different card or account, or to issue refunds as cash or credit, unless the original method is no longer available and an alternative is arranged through Lemon Squeezy.

Currency. Refunds are made in the same currency as the original charge. Because of exchange-rate movements between the date of purchase and the date of refund, the amount that appears on your statement in your local currency may differ slightly from the amount originally charged. Thinkr and Lemon Squeezy are not responsible for these exchange-rate differences or for any fees your bank or payment provider may apply.

Timing. Once a refund is approved and processed through Lemon Squeezy, it is typically initiated within a few business days. It can then take additional time — often several business days, and in some cases up to one to two billing cycles — for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not seen an approved refund after a reasonable period, contact us at support@usethinkr.com and we will follow up with Lemon Squeezy.

Taxes. Any sales tax, VAT, or GST collected at the time of purchase by Lemon Squeezy is refunded together with the eligible refund amount, in accordance with applicable law.

Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error or want a refund, please contact us first at support@usethinkr.com. In almost every case we can resolve the issue quickly and directly — that is exactly what the 14-day guarantee is for.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us is slower for everyone and can result in your Thinkr account being suspended or terminated while the dispute is investigated, and may affect your ability to purchase from us in the future.

If you have already received a refund from us or from Lemon Squeezy, please do not also file a chargeback for the same charge. Duplicate recoveries (receiving both a refund and a chargeback for the same transaction) may be reversed and may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we believe are invalid, including by providing Lemon Squeezy and the card network with records of your purchase, usage, and any refund already issued.

Exceptions and abuse

We offer the 14-day guarantee in good faith and ask that it be used the same way. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or reverse a refund — and, where appropriate, to suspend or terminate an account — in cases including:

  • Abuse of the guarantee, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding subscriptions, or creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated refunds or free usage.
  • Fraud or suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or chargeback abuse.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service, including misuse of the Service, violations of our acceptable-use rules, or activity that harms Thinkr, other users, or our providers.
  • Charges where the guarantee does not apply, such as renewal charges after the initial term, or requests made after the 14-day window has closed.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law (see Your statutory rights below). Where mandatory law gives you broader refund or cancellation rights than this policy, those rights apply.

Your statutory rights (Indonesia, EU/EEA/UK, and international users)

This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not override, any rights you have under mandatory law.

Indonesia. Thinkr is operated from the Republic of Indonesia and this policy is governed by Indonesian law, consistent with our Terms of Service. Your rights under applicable Indonesian consumer-protection law remain unaffected. Our handling of any personal data connected to your purchase or refund is described in our Privacy Policy and is governed by Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP).

EU / EEA / UK. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have additional statutory rights, including in some cases a right of withdrawal for a defined period after purchase. This 14-day money-back guarantee is offered voluntarily and does not depend on, or waive, any non-waivable statutory right you may have under EU, EEA, or UK law.

International users. If you are located elsewhere, additional or different mandatory consumer rights may apply in your jurisdiction. Those rights are unaffected by this policy. Because Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record, certain statutory and tax matters may also be handled under Lemon Squeezy's terms for your region.

If you have questions about your rights, contact us at support@usethinkr.com. For data and privacy requests specifically, you may also contact privacy@usethinkr.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in our plans, our payment providers, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective date (shown above) and, where appropriate, notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice).

The version of this policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continuing to use Thinkr or making a new purchase after an update takes effect means you accept the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
