"Busy" now means busy
Some AI failures that had nothing to do with load were reported as "Thinkr Assist is busy". They now say what actually went wrong, and no longer trigger a pointless retry first.
When an AI request failed, Thinkr sometimes told you "Thinkr Assist is busy right now. Try again in a moment" even though the failure had nothing to do with load. Waiting would never have fixed it.
You'd see this in chat and in critique passes that couldn't complete. These failures now show as a temporary outage, so the message matches what actually happened. They also no longer trigger a quiet retry on a smaller model before failing, so you find out sooner.
Genuine rate limits still say "busy" and still fall back automatically, same as before.
