A second material: Dare to Lead, as a session you can run
The full 60-minute team session on courage, armor and the conversations product teams avoid, now on the site as a deck you can page through.
The second thing on From the Founder is a workshop rather than a talk: the 60-minute team session I run on Dare to Lead, with the five armored behaviours translated into things that actually happen on a product team.
Run it, don't just read it
Dare to Lead — Rumbling with Vulnerability is the working deck, not a summary of one. Page through it with the arrows, your keyboard or a swipe, flip the myth cards, toggle the armored and daring versions of the same sentence, and switch to dark when you're presenting in a room. It opens full screen if you're actually running the session.
The back half is the part that matters: write the thing you are currently not saying at work, rewrite it as an opener you could use, practise it out loud, then one debrief question. Anonymous, and you never name the other person.
What's underneath
Two things carry over from the first material. Every slide is drawn rather than bulleted, and the page under the deck explains what each part does, so you can decide whether the session is worth an hour before you commit one.
What's next
More materials. If a session you run would be more useful as something people can page through than as a deck you email round, tell me which one.
