Deleted critiques stay deleted
Deleting a critique in a shared workspace could remove it from the list and then bring it back on refresh. Deletes now go through or tell you why they didn't.
In a shared workspace, the Critique list shows every member's critiques. If you deleted one that a teammate ran, it disappeared from your list but was never actually removed, so it came back the next time you refreshed.
Now the author of a critique can always delete it, and workspace owners and admins can delete anyone's. A successful delete now confirms itself with a short message. If you don't have permission, the critique stays in the list and you see a message explaining why, instead of a delete that only looked like it worked.
