From the Founder: materials, not articles
A new shelf for things built by hand rather than written. Published as the artefact itself, not as a page describing it.
Some things are easier to draw than to explain. The site had nowhere to put those, so everything became a blog post, including the things that wanted to be a slide or a sheet of paper.
A shelf for made things
From the Founder is an index of materials rather than a feed of writing. Each entry is the artefact itself: a deck you can page through, a scorecard you can mark up, a diagram you can click into. No article wrapped around it explaining what it is.
What's on it
The first material is Upgrading Your Operating System, a talk on the Framework Trap: why a team can follow every process perfectly, hit every sprint target, and still ship work nobody needed.
It runs as an actual deck. Page through the 22 slides with the arrows, your keyboard, or a swipe, open it full screen, or link someone straight to slide 11. Underneath, every slide is listed with a note on what it is doing in the argument, so the talk reads as well as it presents.
It ends on a self-check: six questions to ask about your own roadmap. If they make you uncomfortable, that's the finding.
