Import PRDs from Notion and Google Docs to critique them

If your PRDs live in Notion or Google Docs, you no longer need to copy them into Thinkr. Connect once, pick the document, and run the critique. Available on every plan.

Feature

Most PRDs aren't written in Thinkr. They live in Notion or Google Docs, and getting one critiqued meant copying it into a file or the paste box first. Now you can pull the document in directly.

How it works

Start a new critique from Critique → New and choose Import from Notion or Import from Google Docs.

  • Notion: the first time, Thinkr sends you to Notion to connect, and Notion asks which pages Thinkr may read. Pick your PRDs, come back, and choose the page you want reviewed.
  • Google Docs: the first time, you connect your Google account. After that, a Google window opens where you choose the Doc.

Thinkr brings the document in as text, including headings, lists, and tables, and you run the critique as usual.

What Thinkr can see

  • Only what you choose. In Notion, the pages you share (add more anytime from a page's ••• → Connections menu). In Google Docs, only the files you pick, never the rest of your Drive.
  • Only when you import. Thinkr reads a document at the moment you pick it. It doesn't sync or keep a copy of your workspace.
  • Your connection, not your team's. Each person connects their own account and chooses what to share.

You can disconnect anytime from Integrations → Manage. That also revokes Thinkr's access on Notion's or Google's side.

Import is available on every plan, including Free. Running the critique uses your workspace's usage as before.

Also: integration credentials are now encrypted

ClickUp connections are now stored encrypted, the same way the new Notion and Google connections are. Nothing to update on your side. Your existing ClickUp connection keeps working.
