Scan your Notion before you draft
The Context step can now search the Notion pages you shared with Thinkr for related PRDs and specs, not just ClickUp. It also tells you up front what's missing before you can scan.
Before Thinkr drafts a PRD, the Context step looks for what your team already wrote: earlier PRDs, specs, and docs that overlap with the brief. Until now that scan only covered ClickUp. If your team writes in Notion, it found nothing.
The Scan source picker in the Context step now lists Notion next to ClickUp. Pick it, click Scan workspace, and Thinkr searches the Notion pages you shared with it, reads the most relevant ones, and sorts what it finds into core references, dependencies, related initiatives, risks, and stakeholders, the same way it does for ClickUp.
A few things to know:
- Your Notion, your pages. Notion is a personal connection. A scan searches only the pages you shared with Thinkr when you connected. Results are saved with the PRD, so anyone who can open the PRD sees them.
- Titles drive the search. Notion's search matches page titles, so Thinkr also checks your most recently edited pages. A PRD titled after its feature is the easiest to find.
- Connect without leaving the PRD. If Notion isn't connected yet, the Context step offers Connect Notion right there and brings you back to the same PRD afterwards.
The Context step also explains what's missing before you click. If ClickUp isn't connected, it says who can connect it (workspace Owners and Admins). If your plan doesn't include scanning, you'll see that up front, with a way to compare plans, instead of an error after the click. Scanning is part of Team and Enterprise, whichever source you pick. Importing a Notion page to critique stays free on every plan.
The Context step remembers which source you scanned last, so a rescan goes to the same place.
