Questions about billing, plans, and what happens to your data used to be scattered — some at the bottom of the pricing page, some behind a footer link. Now they're in one place, and easy to find.
What changed
The FAQ — what's in the free tier, when the 3-day trial ends, how annual billing works, whether we train AI on your drafts — now lives on a single FAQ page, linked directly from the Resources menu in the top nav. The pricing page stays focused on the plans themselves.
Reaching a human
If the answer isn't there, it ends the same way it always has: email support@usethinkr.com and a real person replies, usually within a business day.
