MCP setup for Antigravity and GitHub Copilot
Connect via MCP now has ready-to-paste setup for Antigravity and GitHub Copilot in VS Code, next to Claude Code and Cursor.
Thinkr's MCP server already worked with any client that can send a custom header. But the setup
dialog only had copy-paste snippets for Claude Code and Cursor, and the Cursor snippet doesn't
work in Antigravity, which reads serverUrl instead of url.
What shipped
After you create a token on Integrations → Connect via MCP, the setup now has two more tabs:
- Antigravity: a config block for … → MCP Servers → Manage MCP Servers → View raw config, using the
serverUrlfield Antigravity expects. - GitHub Copilot: a block for your VS Code user configuration (MCP: Open User Configuration), which Copilot uses in agent mode. It goes in your user config, not a repo's
.vscode/mcp.json, so the token doesn't get committed.
Both come with your token already filled in. The MCP guide covers both clients too.
What's next
Adding Thinkr as a connector inside claude.ai and the ChatGPT app needs a sign-in flow instead of a pasted token. That's the next piece of MCP work.
