Release

You can now send feedback without hunting for an email address

There's a real Contact page now, a short form for bugs, feature requests, or just a thought. Leave your email, drop the message, hit send. No mailto digging, no account required. A real person reads every message.

Release

Until now, sending us feedback meant finding the FAQ, spotting the support address buried in an answer, and opening your mail client. Most thoughts don't survive that much friction, so we never heard them.

What changed

There's a new Contact page, linked from the footer. It's a short form: leave your email, drop your message, and hit send. No account, no sign-in, no subject-line ceremony.

  • Bugs, feature requests, or stray thoughts all go to the same place, and we read all of them.
  • Your email is how we reply, that's the one thing we ask for, and we never share it.
  • Prefer email? The page still lists the direct addresses, support, enterprise, and privacy, for the cases a form isn't the right fit.

A real person usually replies within one business day.
