Share blog posts to X, Threads, and Instagram Stories
The X share button on mobile would open the app with an empty draft. It now prefills the post correctly, and the share row picks up Threads everywhere plus Instagram Stories on mobile web.
Sharing a post from the blog should be one tap. On mobile it wasn't — the X button opened the app to a blank composer with none of the post carried over.
What changed
X now prefills on mobile. The share link pointed at the legacy twitter.com intent host, which the X app silently dropped the draft from after the rebrand. It now uses x.com, and on mobile it routes through your phone's native share sheet so the title and link land in the composer every time.
Threads is a first-class share target. A new Threads button sits in the share row on every post, on desktop and mobile.
Instagram Stories on mobile web. Instagram has no web link to prefill a story, so the only reliable path is your phone's share sheet. The Instagram button appears on mobile web — tap it and pick Instagram → Stories.
Copy-link and LinkedIn are unchanged.
