Template downloads now explain themselves — and keep the template you picked
Downloading a template tells you what an account is for before it asks for one, the confirmation page was rebuilt, and "Use this template" no longer loses your choice if you're signing up for the first time.
Three fixes to the templates library, all on the path between picking a template and actually using it.
You find out why an account is needed before you leave the page. Clicking Download .md or Use this template while signed out used to drop you on a login screen with no explanation and the template nowhere in sight. Now a short dialog says what's happening first: the file is free on every plan including the free tier, the template and its rubric stay readable either way, and new accounts confirm by email before landing back on the download. If you'd rather skip it in future, there's a checkbox for that.
The confirmation page was rebuilt. It now names the template properly instead of guessing from the URL, shows the file it saved, and offers one clear next step rather than two competing ones. Its error state tells you what to do instead of repeating an error string.
"Use this template" keeps your choice through signup. If you were brand new, the template you picked was quietly dropped: setting up your workspace happens first, and by the time you reached the coach your choice was gone. Your selection is now held through signup, email confirmation, and workspace setup, and applied when you get there. Existing users were never affected — this only ever hit people arriving from a template page for the first time, which is most of the point of having one.
